Silver Valley Painting & Construction is a licensed and insured general contractor based in Pinehurst, Idaho. We take on new residential builds, additions, and full-scope renovations across the Silver Valley, the Coeur d'Alene area, and the wider Idaho Panhandle, with regular work into western Montana.
The trades stay in-house. Framing, drywall, texture, trim, roofing, and the finish paint are all run by the same crew, so there is no gap between subs where a schedule usually slips. You deal with one company from the bid through the final walk-through.
That also means the estimate covers the whole job rather than one slice of it. We scope the build, sequence the trades, handle inspections and coordination, and hand back a finished space — not a punch list for somebody else to close out.

Are you a licensed and insured general contractor?
Yes. Silver Valley Painting & Construction is a licensed and insured contractor operating throughout North Idaho and western Montana. We are happy to provide our registration and certificate of insurance before any contract is signed — call (208) 783-8168 and we'll send them over.
Do you build from the ground up, or only additions and remodels?
Both. We take on new residential builds as well as additions, structural changes, and full-scope renovations of existing homes. If you have plans already drawn we can bid from them; if you don't, we can walk the site and talk through scope before anything is committed.
Do you subcontract the trades out?
Most of them stay in-house. Framing, drywall and texture, trim and finish carpentry, roofing, and painting are all handled by our own crew. Specialty work such as electrical and plumbing is run through licensed partners we have worked with for years.
